How We Function

Steps followed by us to give a Solution of Problem from Start to End

  • Call Us

    • Customer calls 9172889127 GN United Computers or Schedules a repair online.
    • GN United Computers professional executive addresses the call/online scheduling.
    • Customer explains the repair problem being faced.
    • GN United Computers executive takes note of the issue and notes certain other vital information to help serve you better.
    • GN United Computers executive will before hand provide you details of the service personnel who would be visiting you.

  • Relax

    • The service personnel informs you if the appliance is repairable at home or has to be taken back to the shop for scrutiny.
    • If repairable at home, GN United Computers executive shall call and provide you with an estimate of the repair cost.
    • The appliance is repaired and brought to working condition.
    • GN United Computers executive calls you to confirm whether the product is repaired as per your satisfaction and informs you the amount payable.
    • Service personnel gives you the bill. Visiting charges are waived off.

  • 24-48 Hours

    • If the asset is repairable/semirepairable at the clien side, The engineer shall give the client an estimate cost hence do the needful.
    • If asset is taken back to the shop and it is not repairable, you pay the minimal visiting charges
    • If asset is taken back to the shop and it is repairable, GN United Computers executive shall call and provide you an estimate of the cost involved within 24 hours.
    • If you agree to get it repaired,the product is repaired to your satisfaction and a GN United Computers executive will call and confirm that with you. Then the service personnel gives you the bill with the payable amount.
    • If asset is taken back to the shop and You do not agree to get it repaired at that cost. You pay the minimal visiting charges.
